Ingredients
| 1 1/2 | male kašike belog luka (izgnječenog) |
| 2 velike kašike | maslinovog ulja |
| 1/4 šolje | riže |
| 800 ml | pilećeg bujona |
| 1 šolja | iseckane crvene paprike |
| 1 šolja | iseckane zelene paprike |
| 1/2 šolje | šargarepe (iseckane na kriške) |
| 1 mala kašika | soli |
| 1/2 | male kašike bosiljka (iseckanog) |
| 1/4 | male kašike ruzmarina (iseckanog) |
| malo | bibera |
| 2 | tikvice (iseckane na kriške) |
| 6 | paradajza (iseckana) |
Method
U velikoj šerpi, na maslinovom ulju dinstati beli luk 1 min.
Zatim dodati rižu.
Izmešati i kuvati 1-2 min.
Dodati pileći bujon, iseckane paprike, šargarepu, začine (bosiljak i ruzmarin), so i biber. Kuvati 15-20 min.
Zatim dodati tikvice i paradajz, i kuvati još 3-4 min.
