Kis (Quiche) od kelja

Ingredients
| 1 kašika | ulja |
| 2 šolje | kelja |
| 225 g | šampinjona |
| 100 g | slanine |
| 3 | belanceta |
| 2 | jaja |
| 2 šolje | narendanog sira |
| 3/4 šolje | narendanog Cheddar sira |
| 1/4 kašičice | bibera |
Method
Na ulju prodinstati šampinjone, iseckanu slaninu i na kraju dodati kelj.
U posebnoj činiji umutiti jaja, dodati obe vrste sira i biber.
Zatim u smesu od jaja dodati ohladjenu smesu od kelja. Sve polako promešati i istresti u podmazanu tepsiju prečnika 25 cm.
Peći 30 min. na temperaturi od 180°C.
