Pita od mesa prelivena jogurtom

Ingredients
500 g | kore za pitu |
250 g | mlvenog mesa |
1 glavica | crnog luka |
malo | soli |
malo | bibera |
2 šolje | jogurta |
3 | jaja |
ulje |
Method
Na ulju lagano prodinstati sitno iseckani crni luk, pa dodati mleveno meso,so i biber. Pleh podmazati uljem, ređati dve kore, pa fil i sve tako dok se potroši sav matterijal. Pitu pre pečenja iseći, preliti jogurtom u kome su razmućena jaja i peći u dobro zagrejanoj rerni.
