| -mrvice | |
| -ulje ili mast | |

Method
Očišćenog soma isecite na šnicle, posolite, pobiberite te ostavite da odstoji oko pola sata. Šnicle uvaljajte u brašno, jaje, mrvice i ispržite na jako zagrejanoj masti, dok ne porumene. Služiti toplog s kriškama limuna i posutog naseckanim peršunom. Pržiti možete i bez brašna, jaja i mrvica.
