Ingredients
| -1 kg | smuđa |
| -6 kašika | maslaca |
| -so | |
| -450 g | pečuraka |
| -2 dl | kisele pavlake |
Method
Ribu očistimo, isečemo na komade, povadimo kosti i dobro operemo. Ostavimo da se ocedi. Komade ribe ispržimo na maslacu. Prženu ribu poređamo na vatrostalnu posudu, a preko nje stavimo obarene pečurke. Sve prelijemo pavlakom i zapečemo u rerni.
