Fileti šarana s pečurkama

Ingredients
| - 1 kg | težak šaran |
| - 50 g | margarina |
| - | so |
| - 1 dl | vina |
| - 250 g | pečuraka |
| - | peršun |
| - | aleva paprika |
| - | biber |
Method
Filete ribe posolite, pobiberite, i pospite alevom paprikom. Poređajte ih u vatrostalnu činiju. Na margarinu izdinstajte isečene pečurke, posolite ih i pobiberite i dodajte im seckan peršun. Prelijte vinom, komadićima margarina i pecite u umereno zagrejanoj rerni 20 minuta.
