| - 2 glavice | crnog luka |
| - 2 kašike | ulja |
| - 1 kg | paradajza |
| - 4 | krompira |
| - | mrkva |
| - | so |
| - | biber |
Method
U šerpi na ulju dobro izdinstati seckani crni luk. Dodati jagnjetinu isečenu na komade, malo propržiti pa naliti vodom. Poklopiti i dinstati oko 1 sat. Paradajz i krompir oljuštiti i iseći i dodati mesu. Posoliti, pobiberiti i dinstati još oko 1 sat.
