Riža sa povrćem i suvom kobasicom

Ingredients
| 500 gr | suve kobasice (iseckane na tanke kriske) |
| 2 | cena mlevenog belog luka |
| 1/4 | solje maslinovog ulja |
| 1 | crvena paprika |
| 1 glavica | crvenog luka |
| 1 | brokoli |
| 1/2 | solje pileceg bujona ili vode |
| 1/2 | solje soka od paradajza |
| 2 | solje rize |
| 1/2 | solje narendanog mozzarella sira |
Method
Skuvati rizu.
Na ulju dinstati beli luk par minuta.
Dodati iseckane kobasice.
Luk i papriku iseci na snite i brokoli iseci na komade.
Iseckano povrce dodati u tavu sa kobasicama. Promesati posle par minuta.
Dodati bujon i sok od paradajza. Kuvati desetak minuta. U kuvanu smesu dodati rizu.
Promesati i na kraju dodati narendani sir. Sluziti toplo.
