Sufle sa šunkom

Ingredients
| 6 | kasika psenicnog ontegralnog brasna |
| 3 kom | jajja |
| 150 g | sunke |
| 2 | vece sargarepe |
| 4 | rotkvice |
| 3 | str mladog crnog luka (zeleni deo) |
| 200 ml | mleka |
| 125 g | krem sira |
| 1 | kasika ulja |
| 1 | kasicica soli |
| biber |
Method
Umutiti jaja sa sirom, mlekom i uljem. Dodati mesavinu izrendisanih sargarepa i rotkivca na sitno) , kao i iseckan luk i sunku. Dodati so i biber, promesati i izruciti u male modlice za sufle podmazane uljem. Peci na 180°C stepeni 30 – 35 min ostaviti 5 min da se malo prohlade, a zatim sluziti.
