Ingredients
| 1 kg | crvenog paradajza |
| ½ l | maslinovog ulja |
| ½ l | vinskog sirćeta |
| so (po ukusu) | |
Method
Zreo crveni paradajz, oprati, obrisati čistom kuhinjskom krpom i preseći na pola. Jednu do druge polutke paradajza, naređati u tepsiju, posoliti i ostaviti na sunčano mesto 4 dana da stoje.
Naređati paradajz u sud (šira tegla), zaliti maslinovim uljem. Preko ulja naliti sirće, poklopiti i ostaviti u frižider.
