Ingredients

| 400 g | pečurki |
| 400 g | crnog luka |
| 3 | kuvana jajeta |
| 4 dl | kisele pavlake |
| so | |
| biber | |
| malo | rendanog kačkavalja |
Method

Izdinstati luk, dodati pečurke, dodati mljevena jaja, pavlaku. Začiniti po ukusu.

Napuniti palačinke ovom smjesom poredati u pleh, premazati pavlakom, posuti sirom i zapeći na 250°C.
