Tikvice sa parmezan sirom i bademima

Ingredients
| 4 | tikvice |
| 1 velika kašika | maslinovog ulja ili maslaca |
| 2 češnja | mlevenog belog luka |
| 1/2 | male kašike soli |
| 1/4 | male kašike bibera |
| 1/3 šolje | tostiranih badema |
| 1 velika kašika | iseckanog taragona |
| 1/3 šolje | narendanog parmezan sira |
Method
Tikvice oprati i iseći ih po duzini. Zatim ih iseći na komade od 2,5 cm.
U šerpu staviti ulje ili maslac i na srednjoj temperaturi dinstati tikvice, beli luk, so i biber 8 min.
Na kraju dodati bademe i taragon, i dinstati 1 minut. Prilikom serviranja posuti sa parmezan sirom.
