| 3 kašike | limunovog soka |
| 1/4 šolje | maslinovog ulja |
| so, biber | |
| 1 glavica | komorace |
| 3 | jabuke |
| 3 komada | celera |
| 1/2 šolje | naseckanih preprženih oraha |
| 1/4 šolje | narendanog parmezan sira |
Method

U malu činiju usuti sok od limuna, ulje, so i biber, i promešati.

Pomocu rende narendati komoracu, celer i jabuku.

U veliku činiju usuti narendano povrće i jabuke. Zatim usuti sos od limuna, orahe i na kraju dodati parmezan sir. Sve polako promešati.
