Salata od šargarepe

Ingredients
| 1 čen | mlevenog belog luka |
| 2 | vekike kašike sirćeta |
| 2 velike kašike | sirćeta od riže |
| 1 velika kašika | meda |
| 1 velika kašika | ulja od tostiranog susama |
| 75 g | tostiranog susama |
| 1 mala kašika | suve paprike |
| so | |
| 680 g | šargarepe |
| 20 g | listića od koriandera |
Method

Šargarepu oprati i očistiti.

Pomocu noža za čišćenje krompira očistiti šargarepu i iseći na duguljaste trake.

Isečenu šargarepu staviti u veliku činiju. U drugu posudu staviti sve navedene sastojke i dodati u šargarepu. Sve polako promešati .

Držati u frižideru do služenja.
