Ingredients
| 250 g | kajmaka (starijeg) |
| 200 ml | mleka |
| 1 | jaje |
| 2 kašičice | soli |
| 2 kašičice | praška za pecivo |
| 250 g | belog pšeničnog brašna |
| 350 g | žutog kukuruznog brašna |
Method
Pomešati brašna, prašak za pecivo i so. Dodati mešavinu umućenog jaja i mleka, isitnjen kajmak i sve dobro promešati. Masu izručiti u pleh podmazan uljem, oštrim nožem obeleziti parčiće i na 220°C stepeni (rerna s ventilatorom) 25-30 min. peci. Pečenu projaru malo prohladiti, a zatim služiti.
