može se izaci na kraj sa necim...može neko/ti da uradis nešto i da 'prođe' bez nekih konsekvensis.

Ja nisam dobar prevodlac, možda će se naći neko da pronadje adekvatnije reci,opis.

Mislim da se to može prevesti kao „izvuci se” ili malo kulturnije „proćikroz neku situaciju bez posljedica”

generalno razumem šta hoće da se kaže...ali kako bi to bilo bukvalno na srpskom, to je ono sto stvara dilemu;-(
da li je to u fazonu „jupi, prolazim sa tim (lazima,kradjom,varanjem)”
ili tipa „izvlacim se sa tim(lazima, kradjom,varanjem...)
ajd sad;-)”

Mislim da je malo chudno da covek sam za sebe kaže;

pa jeste u principu he/she getting away with it...ali, ovde se radi bas o osobi koja to kaže za sebe i to konkretno ovako:
„getting away with it(all messed up)”

ne bih ni pitala prijatelje da nisam u nedoumici;-)
