(2010-07-14) According to a holy hadîth, the most terrible enemy of you is the ego, nafs, between your two sides. From beginning up to end it is trying to be our center, always calling us to material pleasures. Man must know under whose command he is living and acting. Heavenly support only comes to those who don’t let their egos do as they like. Now the whole Islamic world made their egos their chairmen. Do you think the appearance of the Islamic world is suitable according to the principles of Islam and the holy commands of Allâh Almighty? And also women are now men’s chairmen. How can that be? Ways must be changed if Muslims want to receive heavenly honour. [Recorded by Ahmad Umar Kohl]
