| 2 kg | zelenog paradajza |
| 3 dcl | ulja |
| 2 režnja | belog luka |
| 2 kašike | šećera |
| 2 kašike | sirćeta |
| 2 dcl | senfa |
| 25 dag | rena |
| malo | soli |
Method
Očišćen i opran paradajz samleti u stroju. Umešati ulje i na umerenoj vatri kuvati 90 minuta. Pred kraj kuvanja dodati usitnjeni beli luk, so, šećer i sirće. Kada se masa ohladi umešati senf i sitno narendani ren. Puniti tegle.
