Molim vas , ako neko zna kako se pravi chilli con carne, sa crvenim pasuljem?Hvala unapred svima.

Evo kako ja pravim chili con carne, a na netu imaš bezbroj recepata i varijanti ovog jela.

2 glavice luka se iseckaju na kockice i dinstaju se (oko 7 min)na malo ulja zajdeno sa (na veće kockice) isečenim 1 zelenom i 1 crvenom svežom paprikom. Sad se doda 350 gr mlevenog junećeg (može i svinjsko) mesa, i to se dinsta oko 5 min uz mešanje, dok meso ne dobije boju. Dodati 400 g paradajza iz konzerve (iseckanog), 230 g crvenog pasulja iz konzerve, ispresovana 2 čena belog luka, posoliti i začiniti čilijem. Kuvati još oko 20-tak minuta i služiti uz bareni pirinač.

Evo kako ja pravim cili pasulj
1 solju zutog pasulja, ocistim, operem, pokrijem vodom i ostavim da prenoci. Sutradan bacim tu vodu sipam drugu i skuvam ga.
2 glavice luka izsitnjenog ispržim u drugi lonac, njima dodam
1/2kg. mlevenog govedjeg mesa, kad se iprzi dodam
1 pariku baburu iseckanu,
2 cenja belog luka
1 kasiku aleve paprike
1 kasicicu kuri pudera,
1 kasicicu chili pudera, kad se isprzi dodam,
1 kantu Kambels supu od paradajza
kuvan pasulj
1 kasicu soli
I ostavim još 1h. vremena da polako krcka.

Chili con Carne-Jamie Oliver

2 medium onions
1 clove garlic
Olive oil
2 level teaspoons chili powder
1 heaped teaspoon ground cumin (or crushed cumin seeds)
Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper
1 pound (455 grams) chuck, minced or ground
7 ounces (200 grams) sun-dried tomatoes in olive oil
1 fresh red chile, deseeded and finely chopped
2 (14 ounce) cans chopped tomatoes (400 grams)
1/2 stick cinnamon
5 ounces water
2 (14 ounce) cans red kidney beans, drained (400 grams)
If you are going to use the oven method, preheat the oven to 300 degrees F (150 degrees C).
Chop up the onions and garlic in the food processor and fry in some olive oil until softened. Add the chili powder and cumin and a little seasoning.
Chop up the meat in the processor and add to the pan, cooking it until slightly browned.
Place the sun-dried tomatoes and chile in the processor with the oil and blend to form a paste. Add these to the beef with the tomatoes, cinnamon stick, and a wineglass of water. Season a little more, if need be.
Bring to the boil, cover with greaseproof paper and a lid, then either turn the heat down to simmer and cook for 1 1/2 hours or transfer the pan to the oven for about 1 1/2 hours.
Add the red kidney beans 30 minutes before the end of cooking time.
Yield: 6 to 8 servings
Prep Time: 5 minutes
Cook Time: 1 hour 50 minutes

Ja pravim ovaj, Emerilov, i sjajan je. Stavila sam i recept za njegov zacin, Esence.

CHILI CON CARNE

1 tablespoon bacon fat or vegetable oil
1 1/2 pounds ground beef
2 cups chopped yellow onion
1 cup chopped green bell pepper
4 teaspoons minced garlic
2 tablespoons chili powder
1 tablespoon Essence, recipe follows
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons ground cumin
1 teaspoon dried Mexican oregano
1/4 teaspoon cayenne
1 (15-ounce) can whole peeled tomatoes
3 tablespoons tomato paste
1 teaspoon sugar
2 cups water
Multi-colored Tortilla Chips, accompaniment

Heat the oil in a large, heavy pot over medium-high heat. Add the meat and stir with a long-handled wooden spoon to break up the pieces. Cook, stirring, until the meat is brown and cooked through, about 5 minutes. Add the onion, green bell pepper, garlic, chili powder, Essence, salt, cumin, oregano, and cayenne, and cook, stirring, until soft, about 4 minutes. Put the whole tomatoes in a large mixing bowl and squeeze them with your hands to break them into pieces. Add the squeezed tomatoes and their juices, the tomato paste, sugar, and water to the pot. Stir well and bring to a boil. Lower the heat to medium-low and simmer, uncovered, for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally to prevent the chili from sticking to the bottom of the pot. Remove the pot from the heat, ladle into a large bowl and swirl the Chili con Queso into the middle. Serve immediately with tortilla chips for dipping.

Essence (Emeril's Creole Seasoning):
2 1/2 tablespoons paprika
2 tablespoons salt
2 tablespoons garlic powder
1 tablespoon black pepper
1 tablespoon onion powder
1 tablespoon cayenne pepper
1 tablespoon dried leaf oregano
1 tablespoon dried thyme

Combine all ingredients thoroughly and store in an airtight jar or container.
Yield: about 2/3 cup

Izvini sto kasno odgovam, nije me bilo na diskusijama par dana. Imam celu knjigu njegovih recepata,ne znam koja sezona. Ako neko zna kako ( i gde) da postavim ceo word file rado ću podeliti recepte sa svima. :)
