| pileće belo meso | |
| mrkva | |
| peršunov koren | |
| peršunov list | |
| blitva sitno naseckana | |
| riža | |
| brašno | |
| mleko | |
| začini |
Method
Izdinstati luk, propržiti pileće meso, naliti vodom i lagano kuhati.
Dodati mrkvu i peršunov koren.
Pred kraj (posle oko 15 minuta) dodati blitvu i rižu.
Na kraju začiniti, dodati izmućeno brašno i mleko, i peršunov list.
Prijatno.
