| 1 šolja | ulja |
| 3 šolje | struganih, slatkih jabuka |
| 1 šolja | šećera |
| 3 1/2 šolje | brašna |
| 1/2 kesice | praška za pecivo |
| 150 g | mlevenih oraha |
Method

Zamesiti masu od ulja, struganih jabuka, brašna i praška za pecivo.

Peći testo u podmazanom plehu na 200°C oko 30 min.

Pečeno preliti gustim šerbetom, posuti mlevenim orasima i seći na kocke.
