Škampi na buzaru

Ingredients
| 1 kg | škampa |
| 100 ml | maslinovog ulja |
| 3 čena | belog luka |
| veza | peršuna |
| 1 kašika | začina C |
| 3 kašike | prezli |
| 250 ml | belog vina |
| malo | soka od paradajza |
Method
Škampe dobro operite. Na zagrejano maslinovo ulje dodajte isitnjen luk, naseckajte peršun i dodajte prezle, paradajz, začin C i vino. Kad provri dodajte škampe i kuvajte na tihoj vatri 15-tak minuta.
Poslužite uz prepečen hleb.
