Ingredients
| 200 g | kobasice |
| 150 g | seckane paprike |
| 1 kašika | peršina |
| 8 | jaja |
| 100 g | ricotte sira |
| 1 češanj | belog luka |
| 1 | paradajz, iseckan tanko |
| 30 g | mozzarela sira |
Method
Kobasicu, koju ste usitnili, papriku i peršin na laganoj vatri pržite, oko 5 min.
Izmešajte jaja, ricottu sir i seckan beli luk u kompaktnu masu.
Prelijte preko kobasica i parika. Poklopite.
pecite oko 10 min. dok jaja ne budu gotova.
Na vrh stavite paradajz i pospite mozzarela sirom ili parmezanom. Dignite tavu iznad vatre dok vam se sir ne otopi.
