Ingredients
| 5 kg | šargarepe |
| 5 kg | karfiola |
| 5 kg | kupusa |
| 5 kg | krastavaca |
| 2 kg | zelene paprike |
| 2 l | belog sirćeta |
| 600 g | šećera |
| 400 g | soli |
| 2 | vinobrana |
| 2 | konzervansa |
Method
Povrće iseckati. Zatim napraviti presolac od gore navedenih sastojaka i preliti povrće. Ostaviti 24 sata da odstoji uz povremeno mešanje.
Sutradan slagati u tegle.
