Salata od šargarepe i rena

| 500 g | šargarepe |
| 1 glavica | crnog luka |
| koren rena | |
| 2 dcl | kisele pavlake |
| malo | peršuna |
| sirće | |
| so | |
| ulje |
Method

Narendajte šargarepu i ren, a potom iseckajte luk na kolutove, pa sve to promešajte. Pripremite marinadu od sirćeta, ulja, soli i sitno iseckanog peršunovog lišća i njom prelite salatu.

Na kraju dodajte kiselo mleko.
