i ako nije ništa u vezi basketa mislim da svima nama koji se bavimo sportom ove informacije nikako ne mogu da naskode. ako ima problema sa prevodom mi koji se javljamo sa englekog govornog podrucja možemo da izdelimo tekst i da ga na brzinu prevedemo

This is informative!

We all think eating fruit means just buying fruit, cutting it up and popping it into our mouths. It's not that easy. It's important to know how and when to eat fruit.

What's the correct way to eat fruit?

IT MEANS NOT EATING FRUIT AFTER A MEAL! FRUIT SHOULD BE EATEN ON AN EMPTY STOMACH.

Eating fruit like that plays a major role in detoxifying your system, supplying you with a great deal of energy for weight loss and other life activities.

FRUIT IS THE MOST IMPORTANT FOOD.

Let's say you eat two slices of bread, then a slice of fruit. The slice of fruit is ready to go straight through the stomach into the intestines, but it's prevented from doing so.

In the meantime, the whole meal rots and ferments, and turns to acid. The minute the fruit comes into contact with the food in the stomach, and digestive juices, the entire mass of food begins to spoil.

Eat your fruit on an empty stomach, or before your meal! You've heard people complain: Every time I eat watermelon I burp, when I eat durian my stomach bloats, when I eat a banana I feel like running to the toilet, etc. This will not happen if you eat the fruit on an empty stomach. When you need to drink fruit juice drink only fresh fruit juice, NOT the concentrated juice from the cans. Don't drink juice that has been heated. Don't eat cooked fruit; you don't get the nutrients at all. You get only the taste. Cooking destroys all of the vitamins.

Eating a whole fruit is better than drinking the juice. If you should drink the juice, drink it mouthful by mouthful slowly, because you must let it mix with your saliva before swallowing it. Drinking Cold water after a meal = Cancer!

voce je toliko isprskano pesticidima da je najpametnije nikako ga i ne ne jesti ili se truditi da sebi prisutis sto vise tkz. „organic” proizvoda...prije ili poslije jela..važno je da zdravi sastojci dodju nekako do stomaka.
hladna voda -cancer!!???prije bih rekla su u pitanju hemikalije i hormoni koje unosimo putem hrane nego casa hladne vode koju doduse pijuckam tokom jela.

mislim ovo znaju price na grani..

jabuke, kivi, seedless grozdje, lubenice, dinje..ma šta reci kad od jedne jagode napravis cijelu 'vocnu salatu!!

Dobar text, ali kao sto kaže teks to voce ima previse pesticida tako da kad bi neko jeo to svaki dan na prazan stomak nebi mu bilo dobro. Imalo bi se previse acida u stomaku. A tu piše da je dobro za weight loss, znaci babatunde i eskim idemo po 3 jabuke, 2 kiwi-ja i par lubenica na dan :)))

Bolje pesticidi u vocu, nego u koka-koli :D

Gledam onu dijecicu kad zavrse basket, roditelji im donesu onih gumenih bombonica, kao dobro je da im se povrati secer. Pa kako niko da se ne sijeti da donese neku vocku i kaže, evo mali da i tebi naraste secer? Nisam nikakav nutricionista, ali znam kad crknem od sporta, da ništa ne može da sjedne bolje od jedne jabuke ili lubenice kad dodjem kuci.

Isto sam čuo da nije dobro piti vodu kad jedes, jer ublazuje kiselinu za varanje i teze ti se hrana svari.

I poznata ona sa foruma, nije uvezi hrane, ali svakako dobar savijet za kosarkase „Nemoj zagrijan na hladan beton”.

Ovo za voca na prazan stomak, nemam pojma - prvi put čujem. Mnogi ne bi izdrzali kiselinu.

Ali ovo za ladnu vodu iza (obilnog) obroka - to je apsolutno istina i vise puta sam procitao. Ima i mnogo logike.

Japanci, kinezi, mnogi drugi iskljucivo topao caj posle jela. Mnogi popiju po solju tople vode sa kriskom limuna. Vrlo pomaze varenju, a hladna voda definitvno steti.

Toga sa ladnom vodom sam se odavno odvikao, čak i po vrucini - ako ništa drugo,bar popijem nešto na sobnoj temperaturi tipa vince, a ne ladnu vodu ili vopi.

Probajte neki put posle neke teske prasetine ili drugog mesishta topao caj, da vidite kako ćete se osecati pola sata iza toga. Velika razlika.

mislim da bi najpametnije bilo dobro se napiti vode prvo, pa se onda najesti. Ne valja tokom jela, ne valja poslije jela???
Mlake vode sam se odvikla odavno a ugrijno mlijeko ne bih popila ni za šta na svijetu.
Ovo, caja od jasmina poslije vruce prasetine! Da te samo cuju u Srbiji:))))

Meni je glavna priprema za basket hladjenje piva za posle:)

Da li to vazi samo za hladnu vodu, ili kao sto covjek rece, vazi i za pivo ali recimo i za sokove i šta ti ja znam? Ja sam navikao da nešto pijem uz svaki obrok do te mjere da se skoro udavim kad nemam cime da zalijem :)

Pure,

Ja se slazem 100%. Pivcuga je jedan od glavnih razloga zbog kojih volimo kosarku ;). Naročito dobro sjeda hladna, konzumirana ispred lokalnog granapa dok sjedis na praznoj gajbi.
