Dobre informacije! Ja sam ih poslao svakom koga to može da zanima pa i vama ako vam zatreba. Nadam se da će vam korisno poslužiti. Nekoliko caka iz ove informacije me je veoma iznenadilo.

Svi mi mislimo da jesti voće znači samo kupovinu voća, sečenje na kriške i stavljanje u usta. To nije tako jednostavno. Važno je da znate i kako i kada se jede voće.

Koji je ispravan način da se jede voće?

NAJPRE TO ZNAČI DA VOĆE NE TREBA JESTI POSLE OBROKA! VOĆE TREBA JESTI NA PRAZAN STOMAK.

Jedenje voće igra glavnu ulogu u detoksifikaciji vašeg organizma, kojeg snabdeva sa velikom količinom energije za mršavljenje i za druge životne aktivnosti.

PLODOVI VOĆA SU NAJVAŽNIJA HRANA.
Recimo da pojedete dve kriške hleba, a zatim krišku voća. Komad voća je spreman da prođe ravno kroz želudac u creva, ali ga hleb sprečava u tome.

U međuvremenu, ceo obrok se raspadne i fermentira i pretvara u kiselinu. Beznačajna količina voća dolazi u kontakt sa hranom u želucu, pospešuje probavu i sokove, pa cela masa takve hrane počinje da se kvari.

Jedite voće na prazan stomak, i to pre obroka! Čuli ste kako se ljudi žale: Podrigujem svaki put kada jedem lubenice i kada pojedem durijan (Prim. Žarka.: plod neprijatnog mirisa sa drveta durijan na jugoistoku Azije) nadima mi se stomak. Kad pojedem banane imam osećaj da pod hitno moram da odem u toalet, itd. To se neće desiti ako pojedete voće na prazan stomak. Voće pomešano sa drugom hranom izaziva truljenje i proizvodi gasove. Dakle, vi se zato nadimate!

To se ne događa sa nekim plodovima, kao što su napr. pomorandže i limuni, jer su oni kiseli, pa u našem telu sve voće postaje alkalno, u skladu sa istraživanjem dr Herberta Šeltona, koji se bavio ovim problemima. Ako jedete voće na ispravan način, moćićete da steknete svu tajnu lepote, dugovečnosti, zdravlja, energije, sreće i normalnu težinu.

Ako hoćete da pijete voćni sok - pijte samo sok od svežeg voća, a ne koncentrat sokova iz konzervi. Nemojte piti zagrejan sok. Nemojte jesti ni kuvano voće, jer tada uopšte ne dobijate njegove hranljive materije. Dobijate samo - ukus. Kuvanje uništi sve vitamine.

Jedenje celog ploda je bolje nego pijenje sokova. Ako hoćete da pijete voćni sok, pijte ga sporo - gutljaj po gutljaj, jer morate da ga pomešate sa pljuvačkom pre gutanja. Svakog 3-eg dana možete jesti voće da bi brzo očistili svoje telo od toksina. Ako jedete samo voće i pijete voćni sok 3 dana i sami ćete se iznenaditi da će vam vaši prijatelji kazati da izgledate veoma osveženi !

KIVI: Mali ali moćni, i dobar izvor kalijuma, magnezijuma, vitamina E i vlakana. Njegov sadržaj C vitamina je dvostruko veći od onog kod pomorandže!

Da li JABUKA zaista odlaže dan odlaska kod lekara? Iako jabuka ima mali sadržaj vitamina C, on je antioksidantan i flavonoidan (Prim. Žarka.: tj. sadrži grupu opganskih komponenti u kori plodova) i povećava aktivno delovanje vitamina C, čime pomaže da se smanji rizik od raka debelog creva, srčani i moždani udar.

JAGODA: Jagoda je zaštitno voće. Jagode spadaju među glavno voće, koje ima najveću antioksidantnu moć i štite organizam od nastanka raka, začepljenja krvnih sudova, slobodnih radikala.

JEDENjE 2 - 4 POMORANDŽE dnevno može vam pomoći da se zaštitite od prehlade, snizite holesterol, sprečite i rastvorite kamenje bubrega i smanjite rizik od raka debelog creva.

LUBENICA: je najbolje piće za gašenje žeđi. Sastoji se od 92% vode, a takođe je dupke puna ogromnim dozama glutationa, koji pomaže i pojačava naš imuni sistem. Takođe je ključni izvor likopena, oksidanta u borbi protiv raka. U lubenicama se nalazi: vitamin C i kalijum.

GUAVA I PAPAJA: Guava i papaja su vrhunski šampioni po sadržaju vitamina C. One su nedvosmisleni šampioni po njihovom visokom sadržaju vitamina C. Guava je takođe bogata vlaknima, koja pomažu u sprečavanju opstipacije (Prim. Žarka.: zatvorene stolice). Papaja je bogata karotinom i dobro deluje na vaš očni vid.

Pijenje hladne vode nakon obroka = rak!

Možete li da poverujete u to? Da to se odnosi na one koji vole da popiju hladnu vodu, a odnosi se i na vas. Lepo je imati i popiti hladno piće nakon obroka, ali hladna voda će očvrsnuti masne stvari koje ste upravo konzumirali, što će usporiti varenje. Kada te 'naslage' reaguju sa kiselinom, one će se razbiti i apsorbovati se u crevima brže nego čvrsta hrana i nataložiće se duž creva. Vrlo brzo, ovo će se pretvoriti u masti i dovesti do raka. Najbolje je piti toplu supu ili toplu vodu nakon obroka.

Vecina nas obično mesto Hladne vode uz hranu ili posle hrane pije Hladno pivo. Da li se hladno pivo odnosi isto kao i za hladnu vodu?
A šta je sa hladnim spricerom (belo vince sa kiselom vodom)?
Valjda covek neće da dobije i od ovoga rak pa da posle majka?!
Nego, nas narod je odvajkada pio hladnu izvorsku vodu ili hladnu vodu sa bunara uz masno meze bez da je zato dobio rak,pa su ove tvrdnje nešto diskutabilne,bar što se tiče hladne vode pod uslovom da je ona cista voda.

Zamis' rasturis se onako propisno od podvarka. I to zestokog podvarka. I onda pos' toga maknes flasu mlake vode... Ijuuu...

amerikanci piju sve sa puno leda, a to je temperatura 0C, a hladna voda obično ima 10-15C. Sve iz frizidera ima temperaturu 4-6C.

Teorija je ipak glupa, hrana u zeludcu se zadržava 2-4h i za to vreme se lepo zagreje.

k'o nekad bez pljoske, sad nigde bez vode: u kolima vozajte gajbicu ili dve, u setnju 1/2 litre flasice nosite, biciklisti već znaju da bez vode nema okretanja pedala... sa vodom se bolje uci čak! samo je problem za one sa visokim pritiskom, koji uzimaju diuretike, ..

ljudi, ja sad ne znam koliko puta tačno se prskaju jabuke, ali dovoljno je da se jedno preskoci i crv je u već u jabuci - KUPAC JE PREVAREN DA JABUKA NIJE PRSKANA!

Moji prijatelji na selu ne prskaju jabuke zbog Merime kobile i Bila magarca koji strpljivo cekaju da zreli plodovi pocnu otpadati.
